Solution 1: The logic board is faulty: it cant move the rollers and carriage. Try a reset:
- On the operator panel, press the button. The display will go blank.
- Unplug the power cord and plug it back in after 30 seconds to ensure that the device resets itself.
- Then press the button.
- Once the printer has restarted, try to print a test page
Solution 2: Pump roller sensor error or Error. The pump roller position cannot be detected.
- Replace Purge drive system unit
